Requirements

FRESHMEN/ TRANSFEREE
  1. HIGH SCHOOL
    Have completed the general curriculum prescribed for a government-recognized school
    1. Elementary Report Card
    2. Student Permanent Record (SPR) Form 137, Learners Registered Name/Number (LRN)
    3. Certificate of Good Moral Character from the previous school attended
    4. Birth Certificate on Security Paper from the National Statistics Office (NSO) (original and 2 clear photocopies)
    5. Three (3)copies of recently taken passport size white background with collar
  2. COLLEGE
    High School Graduates who wish to enroll in PCT must:
    1. Have completed the general curriculum prescribed for a government-recognized school
    2. Submit the following requirements:
      1. Form 138-A (High School Report Card)
      2. Student Permanent Record (SPR) Form 137, Learners Registered Name/Number (LRN) for High School Students
      3. Certificate of Good Moral Character from the previous school attended
      4. Birth Certificate on Security Paper from the National Statistics Office (NSO) (original and 2 clear photocopies)
      5. Three (3)copies of recently taken passport size white background with collar
      6. A photocopy of marriage contract on Security Paper from the NSO (for married students only)
TRANSFEREES
A Transferee is a student previously enrolled in other schools who wish to enroll in PCT.
Transferees must submit the following requirements:
  1. Original Transcript of Records valid for Transfer
  2. Certificate of Transfer Credentials/Honorable Dismissal
  3. Birth Certificate on Security Paper from the NSO (original and 2 clear photocopies)
  4. Three (3) copies of recently taken passport size white background with collar
  5. A photocopy of marriage contract on security paper from the NSO (for married students only)
CERTIFICATE PROGRAM ENROLLEES
  1. Authenticated Transcript of Records
  2. Birth Certificate on Security Paper from the NSO (5 clear photocopies)
  3. Three (3) copies of recently taken passport size white background with collar
  4. A photocopy of marriage contract on security paper from the NSO (for married students only)
SHIFTEES
Shiftees must:
  1. Accomplish and present to the accepting Dean / Program Head the following:
    1. Student Permanent Record (SPR)
    2. accomplished Application to Shift Form
  2. Pass the interview with the accepting Program Head and Dean of College
RETURNEES AND CONTINUING STUDENTS
A returnee is a student previously enrolled in PCT and did not enroll in other schools.
Returnees and continuing students in PCT must submit the following requirements:
  1. Student Clearance
  2. Evaluation of Grades
CROSS ENROLLEE
  1. Endorsement from the current registrar
  2. Payment of Miscellaneous and Tuition Fee
FOREIGN STUDENTS
  1. Pre-Requisite for Enrollment
    A prospective foreign student-applicant for the tertiary or college level should be a graduate of high school/secondary school or its equivalent.
  2. General Admission Requirements
    The student applicant must:
    1. Pass the interviews of the Program Head and the Dean of College
    2. Submit a Certificate of Good Health issued by a PCT accredited physician (with laboratory results)
    3. Proof of Documents on Permanent Residence

  • Step 1 - Enrollment Area (E-AREA)
    The student will inquire Courses, Fees, Admission Requirements, Class Schedules, Crediting Procedure, Blended Learning classes to the E-STAFF
  • Step 2 - Cashier
    Student will pay enrollment fee and get E-KIT
  • Step 3 - (Go Back to) E-AREA
    Student will submit filled out forms and admission requirements to E-STAFF for checking.
  • Step 4 - IBU
    Student will order: Uniforms, pins, nameplates, books Student will process ID Card
  • Step 5 - OSS Student will meet the Guidance Officer for orientation. Student will be given a copy of the following documents:
    1. Statement of account Schedule of classes
    2. Semi-final copy of crediting form
    3. Waiver for admission requirements
    4. List of reminders
For Transferee Student

  • Step 2: Assist Friends during enrollment, Let him/her sign tracker slip
  • Step 3: Bring signed tracker slip together with the fully paid miscellaneous
  • Step 4: Proceed to OSS (Office of Student Services) for processing.
  • Step 5: Present the signed Tracker Slip to the cashier.
